Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as this is dependent on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@cellagear.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
